So why have them if it damages your turbo and high exhaust temps, apart from the obvious?

why not using the existing ecu its very capable?

When the std ecu is so capable nowadays with all the improvments with features galore :p Why go for an aftermarket ecu??:cry:

I bought it off MartinW, as I want to up the power eventually also run maflees so I can fit my ruddy carbon airbox, also gonna have throttle kicker:)

You can run sd no prob on the std ecu
Power is not related to ecu capability. Don't understand why people keep asking if the std ecu will be able to handle 'x' amount of bhp power. Its just 'computing' power in the ecu and std is more than capable.
They both do the same job just slightly differently with programming.....

I thought that hydra was the way forward regarding bigger power engine builds:confused: Ah well it's bought now so would be ashame not to fit it:blush::whistling:
