1.6 is safe with a remap to suit.
If you have already changed to a tubular manifold and bigger intercooler then I wouldn't do anything else till you've had fueling checked atleast.
Those 2 parts are major in terms of afr so get it checked....

best thing you could do

dont forget when your getting her mapped that you can also have mild anti lag(pops and bangs) and launch control enabled on your car.

when changing my manafold i had to block the egr valve . been told i need that for the anti lag is this true ? ..... anti lag ia awsome lol

not 100% sure of that i thought it worked through the sas pipes best ask whoever is going to map her for you for your options

It's a SAS pipe attaching to the top of the exhaust manifold. Not an EGR system.

Secondary air system - Exhaust gas recirculation

It is better to have it fitted but not essential. Antilag is negative timing on the map. The SAS system pushes more air into the exhaust system for better antilag.....
