no worries mate and i have some here for E5 i will send you the gaskets that i have. Should have a turbo elbow gasket, 2 gaskets for the oil feed pipe. Mate honestly it is easy and you cant go wrong, the removal of the cross member....north south bar is just for access but if you leave it on it wont save you any more time as hinders you a little.
If you have had the mani off it will be easy to remove again. You can do it another way and undo the bolts on your downpipe and remove it, loosen the 2 M6 bolts on the oil feed from the sump, remove the water feed pipe, air intake pipe and remove from the turbo and loosen the mani, O2 and vacuum pipes and take car removing the mani with turbo attached upwards from your engine bay. just watch the radiator and make sure all pipe are disconnected, all bolts are removed.
