that DV need to go into the rear pipe, hard bit i can see in the 1st pic. then the small vaccum hose fits on the top of the DV. Then you need a blanking plug to fit where the stand Valve used to be.
right so the hks rs silver pipe wants blocking off
and the black pipe lower right has the dump valve attached to that

You can adjust the throttle so it idles at 1000rpm rather than the std 850... this can aid in the stalling.
People do have issues with various VTA bovs. They dump to much air when you come to a sudden stop and the car stalls.
i have a baileys dumpvalve an if i fit it to my evo when you rev it it dumps on the spot but cuts out when u drive so i keep my hks ssqv on
but it can also dump on the spot with that fitted![]()
sounds like a single piston baileys, they're not designed for maf based cars.
