Sure there may not be the exact name sake, but Im willing to bet I can do everything an everyday user wants. Plus, If I do trip up somewhere, I just boot a virtual windows machine and fill the gap.

Im sorry but that MS propaganda is just a load of crap. Im sorry, but im both MS certified and Apple certified (ok it was on OSX 10.6.x but that doesnt matter) I do actually know what Im talking about.

I stand corrected. I've had a google around and it appears you can get most of the software on the mac. Or a similar equivalent.
I have a PC to play games on so the mac just wasn't for me. I've got an Ubuntu machine in my bedroom for browsing and watching movies. I bought the mac mini for the living room but really didn't get on with it so flogged it after a couple of months.
I guess I'm just a windows fanboy

Fair enough, not everyone will get on with them and thats fine.

As I say im very much aware of options so I recommend Apple without bias.
Infact I should be more bias towards windows as I support windows in the home environment where as Apple support is targeted at businesses (with SLA and priced accordingly)!
