time to replace my thrust bearing what way is the best way to do it drop gearbox or lift engine out the way:confused:

Drop out the bottom, you have the space to remove box without engine coming out

A lot of update clutches have a odd noise when fitted

If you have a twin plate it'll be that rateling most likely. I've not heard of many thrust bearings not outlasting the clutch on Evos but I guess it's possible.

There are a few videos on YouTube of how to remove them. The cage is a pain sometimes !
