So I can increase my boost safely by 20% can I ?










That's half a bar for me and I'm sure my turbo would shite itself as well as that me engine would probably be detting its tits off :shock:

Your car is far from standard lee work out 20% of your standard boost and tell me it's unreasonable

Where are you based? No point changing the boost until its mapped then you can run 1.8 bar all day long

det cans but you can use the standard knock sensor also

lots of reading on how to map a car and take things easy when tweaking make small adjustments at a time then test, test, test then make an adjustment again etc

How did you manage to work that out? :s are the roughly 1.5 bar standard?? No

Take the whole boost pressure for example 1.2 devide by 100 and times by 20 = 1.344 and that's safe to run

If you have 1.5 bar to start with then ADD 20% it's 1.8

1.5x1.2 = 1.8

1.5 \ 100 = 0.015
0.015 x 20 = 0.3
0.3 + 1.5 = 1.8
