I have power steering pissing out of the bottom of the hose connected to the upper part of pump that goes to the rack any ideas whether there is a seal that can be replaced or the whole hose or if it is the pump itself.....it's coming from bottom part of pipe in pic

There is a crush washer under the hose fitting, an 2 different sized o-rings on the pump were the hose goes! Got same issue, replaced all of the above but still dripping from somewhere most annoying! Hope this helps!

Also if you need to refill make sure to remove any 'trapped' air in the system.

So just to be sure, leave the cap off the power steering resoviour and do a few turn on the steering wheel full lock in each direction, then replace the cap - should sort it.

Good luck.

PS. I think its most likely to be a washer of some sort rather than the pump itself.

What Evo you got - i may have the partnos for 9 somewhere in my bible!
