Unfortunately tonight, I became a victim of aquaplaning and my 6 has paid the price for it.
Just want to make sure people are careful when driving, I wasn't driving enthusiastically and it was because the surface water caught me by surprise... Main thing is I didn't hit anyone and the only damage was to my car which I'm happy about (I'd feel much worse if I had ruined someone else's life just before Xmas) plus I'm unhurt and can still enjoy Xmas with my family :)

In case you're wondering, I took the picture down because I didn't blank out my registration, always been a bit funny about leaving those sort of details online.
I'm going to get my body worker to have a look and see what his advice is so I can't say too much yet.
Billy, if it is bad news then I will probably look at another or I may get something more economical seeing as I want 3 holidays next year!

Good you're ok, but my car doesn't see the rain so don't have to worry about that

That's the damage, looks a lot worse in the light so you're seeing it in a better light, let's just say.

Definite write off, the actual frame of the car has caved in so there's probably no physical way to regain the shape it once was.
Sorry guys, I won't be breaking or selling parts myself personally as my friend who owns a garage will be doing it himself, in case any of you were looking for parts.
