Unfortunately tonight, I became a victim of aquaplaning and my 6 has paid the price for it.
Just want to make sure people are careful when driving, I wasn't driving enthusiastically and it was because the surface water caught me by surprise... Main thing is I didn't hit anyone and the only damage was to my car which I'm happy about (I'd feel much worse if I had ruined someone else's life just before Xmas) plus I'm unhurt and can still enjoy Xmas with my family

In case you're wondering, I took the picture down because I didn't blank out my registration, always been a bit funny about leaving those sort of details online.
I'm going to get my body worker to have a look and see what his advice is so I can't say too much yet.
Billy, if it is bad news then I will probably look at another or I may get something more economical seeing as I want 3 holidays next year!

Definite write off, the actual frame of the car has caved in so there's probably no physical way to regain the shape it once was.
Sorry guys, I won't be breaking or selling parts myself personally as my friend who owns a garage will be doing it himself, in case any of you were looking for parts.
