right thought i'd make a thread so i dont shoot myself in the foot come Friday 11th june!

i'm getting my brembo set up fitted an have evrything i can think off needed.

Calipers
Pads
Bolts
Hel Hoses(altough not required, by may aswell)
Discs
Brake Fluid
All springs and brackets for Calipers etc.
Alloys and Tires( a Must for evo IVs)

Anything ive missed?

I understand the brembos need to be bled from both nipples and i will lose the rear disc splash shield.

Hope i have everything. Thanks for any replies.

no didnt fit them, as i didnt want to rush into an expensive upgrade. I wanted to do it right first time round.

The discs are 40 grooves 20 a side per disc.
Quality is very good. Shocked how big they actually are.

I assume i do have everything, El?

Once its done its done, power mods will follow next.

Gotta be done, was the best ones i found on ebay, and most expensive too. First choice was from camskill website, but they never have the discs in stock.

searched EBC discs and they were alot. Thought sod that, and they aint even drilled, just dimples.

been giving the Evo a long wash, clay, wax and polish today.
Only half way through, next is polish exhuast and waxoyl one side of the cars arches. Then scrub headlining, Police should make smoking in cars illegal!

Id avoid drilled disks if you can, they always crack around the holes

actually they all are, the holes cause massive thermal stress points,

cheap ones just fail much earlier

Grooved arnt so bad but a little noisy

Sadly the person had an emergency call out, so he'll ring me monday night to rearange another day to do them. on the other hand its not an all loss as the Calipers came off an Evo VII with 60,000 miles on them, so i can get my ass into gear and paint them and get some new Decals for them.
