10.5 hotside is bigger. So it flows more gases. And so increases spool.
Kelford themselves say yes but it's debatable.
Personally I'd fit GSC S1 or Kelford 264 cams if you don't want to do all the other work.
You'll still see 380bhp from all the std parts and a good tune.
It all comes down to personal choice really

Put a wanted add up for the hotside. You can use either a 5/6/tme or an 8mr.
Your std cams are supposedly milder than std 8 cams but....
One bonus you have with a 260 is the thicker stronger rods than std 8's

Im still getting to grips with these forums ha ha basically this is what i want... cams, hotside, tubeular exhaust manifold, bigger turbo elbow, 3mm lash adjusters, walbro fuel pump, dump valve and a custom remap.. do you think that would be ok and what bhp do you think it would be pushing out? Thank

Around the 400bhp. To much more and your on the point of needing an engine build to forge it.
Tubular manifold, unless your spending loads it's no point. Std is good for 450-500bhp.

My mate fitted hks 272's with a set of pulleys made 430 ftlb :awesome:

Elbow will give you better response on the throttle

No I don't think he did. Wasn't required. Did have a new set if valve stem seals fitted though.

Hks 272 cams with piper pulleys to dial the cams in

Keep your eyes peeled. Cams etc do come along. Maybe try the bay
