hi this is my first evo, im more of a honda man, but im kinda getting sucked into the torque that these machines can produce lol

car was standard when i got it, ive done all the work myself on my driveway, but now lifes easier as ive got my own workshop :D

ok its a evo5 RS with a complete 6 kit

i installed a evo9 engine out of the fq360 by hks
(had to remove mivec due to wiring issues at the time, will be going back to mivec soon)
so full 9 setup minus mivec and gearbox (im using evo7 head and the standard evo5 rs gearbox)
apexi air filter
full 3" hks exhaust system from the turbo
turbosmart dump valve
walbro 255 fuel pump
Apexi AVCR (black)
samco radiator hoses (blue)
ARC colling plate

OMP swade dished steering wheel
momo gear knob
defi heads up display
turbo timer
front electric windows, still need to wire up the rear doors.
evo 5 front and rear seats

18" rota GTR alloys with falkon tyres all round
aftermarket grooved discs (front)
Tein type RA circuit masters coilovers
carbon fibre zero fighter front lip
carbon fibre vortex generators
carbon fibre exhaust surround
carbon fibre bonnet vent
xenons
afteramarket wing mirrors
aftermarket rear lights
wind deflectors

got it fully remaped by matt @ TRL managed to produce 350bhp and 400 ft/lb of torque. Was supposed to hit 400bhp but i didnt realise that the cams in the evo7 head were out of the 260 evo, so we were loosing power their, matt said get the evo8 MR cams or anything aftermarket and you should see 400bhp, BUT like i said ive decided to go back to mivec so thats another leap that im gona have to take, then it should be something else.

its still a working project, got loads to do to it yet.

sorry about the picture quality, i dont carry a camera around with me and my mate took these on his iphone.

looking like a great example mate.

Loving those alloys too. Been thinking about changing mine or given them a refurb as a bit blistered and kerbed

thier 18" alloys, its got tein type RA coilovers on so its pretty stiff, ive not heard them rub just yet, and ive been taking some bends really hard.

welcome dude...

gotta love that car! and that VI kit is da bomb! really aggressive...

Tomei makes poncams for the EvoIX...mivec compliant and they exclusively built the non mivec cam to work in harmony, vice versa. im going for these in the near future.
