how much bhp

i have an evo 7 fq300, the car got full 3" exhaust with decat, hks airfilter, wallbro fuel pump, how much can bhp can i get with a remapp.

and also got a quote from pj motor for 400bhp
as long as i have
a 3" straight through exhaust and
updated induction, i.e. HKS SPF already fitted
they can get 400 bhp with these part.
3" Downpipe £135.00 (if not already done)
ARP rod bolts £280.00
Walbro fuel pump £130.00
Gaskets £10.00
Remap £480.00

Total - £1035.00 (supply and fit)
is the engine safe running with these part

I'm pretty sure that you will get better advise from other members, but my personal experience you will not get 400 with those mods you will also need to be looking at changing your turbo to maybe a e9 80 series plus GSC-S1 cams. You won't need to change your injectors and your engine will not be safe at 400+ you will have to consider doing your rods. Some of your prices seem to be rather high, but again that's just my opion. I would imagine to fully get 400 you would need some sort of boost controller.
My 9 FQ360 when I had it was std. Other than a full Milltek exhaust, when I first had the map checked it was at 397bhp and Russ who was at Wallace at the time said to make any more it would need a boost controller.
I was happy as it was so wasn't going to fork out for one for the sake of a few bhp as I wouldn't have chanced any more
By what you have listed you would be left with a vastly improved car for not a massive amount of coin so maybe you shouldn't worry too much about the figures.

Sorry mate I haven't heard of them�� if you get a boost controller and the mods that I have mentioned also I changed my front intercooler to a AMS not too sure what a standard one can take, plus your mods that you had mentioned you could see around the 430bhp but it wouldn't be recommended to be on the standard rods

A 3 port boost solenoid controlled by the stock ecu is easily capable of 400.
