Right went out in the evo today and it was running around 14 psi of boost through a td05 turbo think its off an evo 8 and now every time the car starts to come on boost its like its over boosting and juddering the car some times it boosts ok and then some times it won't ?

If any body can tell me any simple things that would be great there is no smoke or out coming from it and there is no pipes bust so I am baffled by it

How are you hitting 1 bar boost. Via a boost controller!?

I just have a boost gauge in it I need to invest in a boost controller the spark plugs are ngk iradium I will take the plugs out in the morning and have a look at them the car runs fine its just when its teetering on boost it starts to miss and judder like its over boosting if you feather the throttle it will boost but then when you plant your foot it it just judder s like crazing .

Thanks for the help I appreciate it

If the boost is still controlled by your std 2 port. It could be failing.
If you have actuator plumbed direct to turbo. It could meen your actuator is failing. Overboost and fuelcut.
Or as said could be failed plugs. Just replace with std brp8es plugs gapped at 0.55. £10-12 a set

I had this and it turned out I'd got np bad connections on my spark plugs  the plugs onto the spark plugs had worked loose! Just get under there and check the connections are all good and clean

An easy start

:D

I think this might be my miss fire problem

Think it needs setting up on the rollers this is coursed by an under fuelling issue if I am correct ?

Got the plugs I got 8 just in case it happens again put the new ones in and its running mint but I still need to get the problem sorted with the under fuelling issue don't want to melt a piston I can cope with a plug or 2 but don't want an engine rebuild
