Rover 220 GTi Turbo
Rover 220 GSi Turbo
Rover 600 Ti

But they where all more reliable then my scooby :razz:

As your coming clean I will too.....I owned 2 x MG turbos a Maestro and a montego HAHAHAH

However both were used for green lane rallys !!!!

I painted the maestro in my teams colours "Elephant Pink" and "Hippo Blue" ......the team name was EGGSHELL MOTORSPORT and it was great !!!

However id rather have used the scooby I have now than both of those, I killed the rad on the montego so in true eggshell stylee I went down the breakers got a huge rad off a transit or some big van type vehicle and cut a hole in bonnet and she was back to top form, till I hit a tree LMAO

I been on there years good site in my opinion you don't know what you missed in the time you owned the Rovers. I still go on there now and give advice

It was when I was 18 so along time ago now LOL they weren't ever used on roads really, just green lanes and private farm tracks but we had a great time.....even did night stages LOL .....On one I lost all electrics in the maestro except for the variable speed wipers LOL

My co driver was using a maglite to light the route !

This trip down memory lane makes me want to try and start my other scooby......a 1ltr AWD Justy LOL

Good thing with a rover is they dont cost a lot to mend when they do go wrong one of my mates has a mint maestro turbo they worth a few ££££ nowerdays

I know mate saw one on fleabay for silly money I bought both of one bloke for £200 the pair, when I was done I had to pay to have them taken away

One of the clique gets her knickers in a twist about something that permission was given for even though said outfit has no reference to evoowners whatsoever and can be bought by any joe bloggs that should decide they want one and also the "evoowners outfit/colours" were not even used for the biggest jap show of the year as the models wore black and White did they not. Then just because somebody decides to have little sarcastic wind up at one of "the clique" they get a 7 say ban??! Pathetic behaviour.

Its only a weeks ban, not permanent. he is welcome back in a week, provided he accepts that if I say something is going to be delt with in private, then that is what will happen.

But I do think its justified. He has called me the 'opinion police', he tried to be clever by starting a thread on freedom of speech and said he would talk about what he wanted, which is not acceptable. Hence I removed his privilege of being able to say anything at all on here for a week.

No. Im not going to go back into the outfit issue but you do not have the facts or are ignoring them to suit your aims. I also repeat this will be delt with in private.
If you think its pathetic thats fine by me. I wont miss any sleep over that fact.
