Evo 4 block

I have been offered a evo 4 with a rebuilt forged engine. The only thing putting me off is they used the evo 4 block for the build. Will the engine be ok or will it suffer with crankwall in time or if i put to much power through it?

It's luck of the draw I'm afraid there is no telling, some on here say they have their 4 running sweet no probs with over 300 but most wouldn't chance it and just swap it out, the problem area being the centre bearing will still be a 4 one so I would say no don't risk it just go for one with later engine

So even now its had a rebuild it could still be prone to the crankwall.
This is part of the rebuild. Does this make it any better

All new bearing will mean its better and more reliable but still has a 4 bottom end and can still walk, like I say I personally wouldn't go with it just in case
