Right good news! Was an easy fix :)! But could of ended in total destruction! :-(! School boy error, but thought I would post incase anyone has a similar issue or to stop other making the same mistake!

When I built the engine I painted the cam pulleys! Once engine got hot paint shrinks! Meaning where the pulley bolts were torqued tight, allowed the torque to be reduced thus, couple with the added vibration of engine with balance shafts removed allowed bolts to become loose and cause pullys to move slightly from side to side on key way making it sound like a tractor and scaring the living daylight out of me!!! I was extremely lucky that I found this before bolts/ pullys span allowing cam belt to slip!

Will post video so people no wat this sounds like!!

302/311 At the wheels (fudge factor calc is 382/391 & 1.6bar on standard tubby and injectors

Next step bigger tubby got a set of 1000cc rc's waiting to go in!

Thinking s205 if funds allow or a 80 serious as a temp upgrade if funds don't matarialise for abit ( wink, wink Nick)

Ant @ indigo done top job as usual with a awsum power and torque! Awsum to drive on the road! Not running to much boost on turbo as its original from when car was build so got 80/90k on it! Didn't want it to work to hard! Lol
