So are you saying that if my mechanic said my car can do the 400 then I sould just go with him and with the parts that we are going to put on we can get more power. He he has said to keep it as close to the 400 mark and everything will be ok
Si is saying that there is no way of knowing what the engine will take. Your mechanic can't predict the future or how fatigued the rods are. Your talking "metal fatigue" not worn surfaces.
The best attitude to have is "fix it when it breaks" if the engine lets go, get a forged build on the go :awesome:
