Thanks I do want to hit the 500/500 mark once its been run for a week or so :twisted:

Then ive got to decide whether I want to go anymore :hm:

500/500 without the massive repair bills is sounding appealing...although im sure something will give eventually :cry:

No would of thought you would be seeing near enough 500bhp at that sort of boost.

From what I remember the engine was a good spec

This engine has had all head work done including cat cams valve springs etc it's a very good spec

Maybe I just need a better tuner lol

I'm not sure I thought that was about right

I could well be wrong mate, not knocking the figures as wouldn't mind running that sort of power. Only thinking about what I have seen. Still I would be happy if I was you lol..

Definitely room for more power without upping the boost

6 speed would crumble but 5 doped will be fine

Joe wipped the engine out of the V today....in 3 hours....not bad

Im gna go in and clean it all up and paint the block etc then we will get the engine out of the VIII on wednesday and start the transplant...

Ill put pics up when Joe pulls his finger out and emails them to me lol

I left him at 12:30 today and said to him "are you gna get that out today"
And I got a text from him at 3:30 saying it was done lol

He has clearly been in there and done it before and use of a ramp also ?
