Hi All,
I was on conference call to a couple of my chums in Thailand a couple of days ago talking about their forum and what we have going on in our little forum here and we got chatting about the death of the Daihatsu Charade GTti and how it is almost as rare as the green speckled something or another.

They told me that on their forum they have a spotted thread, every time some one in Asia see's one shooting by, they put a location reply to the post and if the the chap or indeed chap-et every joins, or is a member then they can reply in order to fill in the blanks.......

I liked the idea so much I decided to nick it from them!!!!

So here we go boys and girls:

White Evo V spotted today at 1:30 pm on the A34 Liverpool road in Cross Heath, New Castle ST5 Near the Morrisons.

License Plate reads T***MND (one of the last V's to leave the factory)


Me: I was in my crappy delivery donkey; Blue M reg Mitsi Space Runner dropping off a fully forged fresh re-build to a customer in Stoke. If I didn't have the extra weight I would have probably smoked him!!!

Red Evo on 51 or 52 plate, spotted opposite BP Garage in Bexhill this afternoon.

You won't spot my vi for a minute as it's in the garage having a new engine. I do however have a charade gtti!!! Fully restored if you would like to know. And it is for sale!!!

Driving home today on the M6 south bound at 6pm I spotted a Red X getting onto an AA flat bed just before Corley services

There's no points system but I have spotted a baby Evo finished in silver in Nottingham a couple of weeks back, I reversed back and drove forward a couple of times to appreciate the design properly!!! I have spotted YOUR baby too matey!!!

My buddies at the garage were wondering why you don't have the Tommi Makinen San Graphics on the car. It will look the business.

As for the GTti, that looks nice too. Any pics of the engine bay, interior etc.

I am not familiar with those graphics mate. You will have to wait until the morning so i can take some more pics of inside and engine. I am thinking of putting buckets and harnesses in it. the engine with the blue rocker cover is my new one and the smashed one is my old one. I was thinking of just binning the old one tbh. Glad you like the little charade i will get you some pics of my dubs too
