yes another problem

hey guys, right let me fill you in on this disaster of an Evo 4.
well when the car starts to boost theres a bit of a rattle going on which suddenly stops then sometimes my dumpvalve pops offat about 1bar. when it does stay on i get turbo chatter instead of the whoosh noise, but the dumpvalve is opening :S
what the hell is going on????/

i think its sorted, i changed the rubber pipe to silicone and its non popping off now, but i still the the rattling on the start of a boost
