WTK: location of 17 digit number on evo x fq 300

Where exactly is it located?checked everywhere but can't find it :S...checked the location stated in the manual under the driver's seat but that is not the 17 digit number(its CZ4A-7 other #s)
checked every door...pillars...everywhere it usually would be on any other car but just can't seem to find it so evo x owners know where i can find this #?or atleast is there is information located somewhere on the car stating the year of manufacture and sale?
