wot to look 4 in buying an evo

hi im new and been looking at evo 4's but am unsure wot to look out for on them any help would be great

Best advice is take somone with you who knows Evos/Cars, other than that make sure its kosher by doing a HPI etc

Where in Essex are you? Ive had a 4 so i know a few things to look out for, but beware as there are a lot of dogs out there

go for fresh import

i looked for ages for an evo 4 and decided to get a fresh import

i looked at a few and everyone is under the impression there is there best car ever in the whole world when you ask what is it like they say perfect you ask an rust underneath they say its like new you get there and its covered underneath and they say what do you expect its a 13 yr old car sodding time wasters

i am well happy with my import i have wax oiled it and going to make sure its in 100% condition plus i also wanted a standard car without any mods which are hard to find you never know what has been messed about with

the only problem is you will need to get a cat 1 alarm fitted

but thats not too bad getting one for £190 from protec

buying any car is a risk least you can count on the body being mint with a fresh one

and more then likly been better looked after
