i took my car for a dyno a few weeks ago and the guys started the run and stopped when they reached 4000rpm and told me it was way to lean and that they dont wanna run it in case it blows.

so i got them to hook up there computer to the car yesterday to have a look at the map and found out the previous owner has had it re-mapped but it was locked so they couldnt check or adjust the map.

so we agreed to put a standard mits map back on to see if it was the map causing the car to run lean? low and behold it was the map.

the intresting thing is that with a standard 260 map the car is kicking out 322 at the fly and 253 at the wheels?

wots going on can any 1 work that out?

Should have ran ECU Unlocker to get into the map. Too late now tho. What mods have been done to it?

+1 has anything changed? Mine went on a dyno once and the operator said that is was too lean (which it was) but I new for a fact that it was ok before the run, so I said something aint right there pop the bonnet, when they opened the bonnet when they had taken the feed for the boost gauge off the FPR they hadn't connected it properly and the pipe for the fpr had blown off, put if back on (with cable tie) and all was good

Well there where a few toys on it at some point put the guy
Took them off befor he sold the car.

All I can say for deff is that is has HKS air filter, HKS down pipe
Decat and hks super dragsta back box
