Winter Driving

Have an evo 6 and am wondering what they are like in snow and ice. have a 325 bm and had before the evo a TVR and a 911 all three are shocking in bad weather. I have a friend who has a scooby and he says it is very unpredictable in snow and hard to drive.
I make regular trips over the penines and hope to use the evo in winter.
any thoughts?

In the white stuff they are great fun and also handler it very well for the causois driver. Mine goes on snow mode and works a treat

I think snow mode it fannytastic lol

out of every 1 in my estate I was the only 1 that could get through the snow lol

Even the hills couldn't stop the Evo and if it's as dead on the roads as it was near me u can have quite a bit of fun.

The best bit is that the local bobby in his astra had no chance of keeping up with me on the snow and ice lol 

Ideal.conditions for Geoff are dry dull days. That's way not even the sun can damage the paint lol
