Whts the best method of mapping on a dyno or on the road?

id been thinkin of havin it done on a dyno
im new to all this so any advice is good advice haha

both, dyno and then fine tune on the road, tried and tested

Both are good although the road puts less stress on the car. It all boils down to whos behind the laptop

Dyno is usually more expensive. For upto about 400/400 road is fine. Much over I'd say dyno as things can go wrong much quicker and also the speed involved is much higher.

It's 100 more for me to have it done on the dyno
