actually steve the 6 block has extra water and oil ways to aid cooling and a late 6 will have a limited slip front diff as fitted to rs and tommi mak models and if you go for a tommi mak then they also have the quicker steering rack as fitted to rs models and later 7/8/9 models

so you see its like the name really, each model evolved into something better

the under privelidged 5 owners will always tell you there car is the same as a 6 when they wish it was a 6 they had bought :razz::razz:

I have decided to sell my Evo as I feel like changing to something with a Straight-6 and RWD (BMW most likely).

*Printouts of RR @350bhp 359lbs/ft
*Clifford Avantguard 5.5 Alarm (with 2 keys & fob)

*Undersealed
*18" OZ SuperTurismos (got original 17 ENKEIs which I can sell with)
*Receipts of works carried
*Quite a bit of paperwork such as mileage verification, MOT certificates
*Good body and paint work got one ding just behind front driver side wheel arch previous owner made with a trolley jack (about 1cm) also the NACA duct has started to peel but is an easy fix
*Immaculate interior
*I am the 4th owner (had since Mar 2010)
*MOT til Nov 2011
*Tax til End of Apr 2011
*Last serviced Sept 2010 @ Brighton Mitsubishi

which are nothing cos as i said i only posted it to give him an idea so if its just an idea of whats around then it dont matter if he buys now or next year, just saying what he can get now cos obviously that car wont be for sale next year at that price and spec :razz:

thanks for the input guy's. last 24 hours all i been doing is reading bout evo's, wikipedia got some good info. As for now i am liking the look of the 7. if i can be swayed for other models, will have to be lower than 7 due to budget will all depend on their performance.

From the surface it seems simple, its an Evo but the infinite variations to models and spec is endless along with all the possible mods. got alot to learn.

thats true buddy, at the end of the day it is all down to personal taste on the look. they can all be modded to the same speeds etc just some need more work on the internals.
i hope you find a decent one when the time comes.
