Just wondering where do you guys think it's the best place to buy HID kits which doesnt cost over £100.

I know HIDS4U is trusted but thats kinda out my price range.
I am buying these for my brother as a christmas pressent and my budget is no more than £70.

He said the saw loads on ebay for £40 but I dont really want to buy him any old cheap kit in case it blows after a week or catches on fire or something.

I have a really good set in my civic for £70 but that shop is now closed.

so can anyone suggest where I should buy from as there is sooooo many places which sells them.
It's H4's by the way and he wants bi

I got a set on the MLR group buy. I think I must have used them no more than 10 times at night and I was constantly having to turn them off and back on just to get both lights working.
After about 2 months (remember I only used them less than 10 times) one of the ballasts failed.
Took them off and threw them in the bin.
Waste of time and money. Just get some better bulbs :)

I got hids fitted off a chap in my local area for €65 never gave me a bit of trouble

If I was u I'd get them fitted too that way if something goes wrong you can't be blamed for fitting them wrong

If you do buy one. Don't bother paying someone to fit it.
They really are a doddle and you can't really do it wrong.

I wouldnt bother with them at all because as of Jan 1st they will fail the MOT if the vehicle isnt fitted with headlamp washers and self levelers........ Thats the EU for ya......
