wheel question

Can someone please tell me, can i run 17 inch standard wheels off an Evo 5, 6 etc?

I know my Evo 4 should run 16's as standard, but the car is currently sitting on 18 inch after market wheels.

You will have no problems running the 17's and you will be able to upgrade to brembos if you so wish. I am just about to get 18's for my 6 and I have a lad with a 4 buying my standard wheels. Hope that helps

the Evo VI alloys are deffo 7.5J and they fit well with little trimming to the front inner fenders(black plastic lining)

take a look at my pic i posted yesterday, ive just fitted them.

17" alloys on e4 should be a 215 40 17 or 215 45 17 tyre no bigger,, ie 225 45 17 etc as they will rub

If you still have the 18's then stick them on pistonheads classifieds, it's free to post an add and some one will have them off you!
Check what other cars they can fit and post the add on multiple variants.

Certainly did, and i really didn't want them, plus they helped pay towards the HEL brake Lines i just forked out for. £59.95 posted.

I got them in transparent red, should look good once fitted with the Brembos.

i decided to get transparent red. got the clear goodridge one on my RS so something different.
