What to do?

Have bought a Blitz Nur Spec exhaust from the internet, have an invoice number BUT the company I have bought it from have my bank card details but not the CVV (3 numbers on the back of the card) and have not taken any money from my account.
Phoned them today with the invoice number, name & address it was ordered in & was told they would call back, but Nothing :sad:
Have sent them an email on their website asking if they want the business or not, but have not received a reply yet. What would you do, go somewhere else or give them chance to communicate with you?

You want to speak to them before going else where or you might end up with 2 and then have to pay postage costs to send 1 back! I'd try them again tomorrow and ask to speak to person in charge! Don't let them fob u off, say u will wait if they are busy!

surely that wont happen if they dont have the CVV they wont be able to take the money oout so wont send the exhaust. that is really slow would of expected quicker responce.

would expect a responce in a day or so...
