What to do with old cams, airbox and other bits?

Hi. I got my car back from the tuners the other day after having some work done and was just wondering if the bits are worth keeping, selling or if I should just take them to the dump? I've got my airbox and intake pipe, standard IX cams, 3 quite large koyo bearings (probably to do with cambelt) and part of the secondary air system. I'm not trying to be a money grabber, I just don't like throwing away something that might be useful one day.
