What on the front ? Passenger side knocking whilst turning at slow speeds. No rust is there I will try the blowing part tomorrow I just don't understand why that penny would rattle so bad just because of actuator :/ so if you took the actuator off a evo it will rattle ?

Some times if the shaft is badly worn then it don't matter how tight the actuator is or how perfect it is sometimes as we found out on my mates Evo 5 you just can't stop it rattling. And putting extra tension on the actuator to help hold it closed just isn't the right way to go about it.

So maybe the actuator essential failing on the dyno maybe it was the penny washer fooked

Bloody I phone lol maybe it was penny that made it leak at high boost :/ does anyone wanna buy a evo mines pissing me off now I just had tracking done and when I let go of steering wheel it still pulls to the left it didn't do this before I changed tie rod ends !!!

Replacement hotside of turbo required. Try and get yourself one from an 9. Or 8 MR

As for your geometry I'm surprised you can even keep the car on the road looking at that.

Camber angles should be the same both sides. Ie left front 2:00 right front 2:00
Or 2:20 2:20 depends what set up your running.
