What Spark Plugs Do People Use & What Do We Recommend?

Right bit of a Geek Topic this one! I would like to know what type of spark plug's people are using in their car's and what people recommend and what plug's shouldn't be used!

I use NGK BPR8ES, used these since I got the car 2 years ago and they were in it when I bought it, seem fine at the power I'm running and nice and cheap so change them fairly often

same ^^ do the job fine nice and cheap so u can throw a set in evey oil change what ive been doing plus i no alot of the high powered evo's even run these

I use BPR8ES's. I think Evo 7 comes with NGK IGR7A-G, factory.

Running the same plugs, cheap and cheerful and able to handle good bhp.

I don't use these as they randomly melt even though most Evo owners use them!
