So as ive now moved my office out of my house to warrington I have a commute to do 
and as I killed the Civic im looking for a new motor.
Budget up to 7k
A few factors I have considered ...
1. MPG
2. Funfactor
3.If it aint Jap its crap .....I love a jap car and really want to stay loyal to my jap car roots LOL
1. I thought of a audi A4 1.9 diesel estate for this as its got loads of room for kids and mrs etc as well as good mpg, but the petrol head in me just wont let me do it and the point 2 keeps getting raised again and again....
2. As im going to be doing up to 1hr 30 to the office and loads more driving to meetings etc I thought do I realy want to be bored driving a rep mobile when I could be driving .....now please bear in mind all points raised and considered before I say this ...a scooby 2.0 turbo.....Now before im linched here...let me explain, I could offset the fuel economy on buying a cheaper scooby than I was going to an Audi using the saving on the dreaded tax bill I get at the end of the year, Im thinking a £3500 2.0 impreza and have fun driving to work as well, MPG is not awful, 4 doors big boot and all servicing etc is paid for through the company .
Whats peoples thoughts, ideas and HELP me buy a car as ive been looking for ages and just when I think im buying a Audi or a BMW I just cant do it as I cant be bored for 3hrs commuting a day behind the wheel of a rep mobile when I could be arse out in a scooby or any other jap motor with 4 doors and reasonable MPG ????
