What Exhaust

Hi folks
I have a 6 which has a Blitz Nurspec r exhaust. Had the car a few months and love it. It has 410 bhp and a 2.3 stroker engine. I would like to take the car on a track, but it is too loud 110db. I am thinking of selling the nearly new Nurspec, but what should I buy instead. I want performance, but need it to be at least under 105db and even 95db for some tracks. By the way it has a de cat. Any advise would be very helpful

I have a mongoose on mine with a 4" tailpipe and made 100db at castle combe a couple times this year

I could live with 100db. Cadwell is 105db, but Croft and Nurburg are 95, so may need quieter.

Magnex make very quiet exhausts

Get a muffler tip and be done with it. They work and they cost next to nothing and ya put them on and take them off as and when needs be!

i have a magnex on mine,, quiet enough on normal driving, but on boost sounds the nuts,, quite raspy and at times like a motorbike, well so i have been told lol

over the next day or so im changing it to a japspeed s1 system so not sure what it will be like,, noithing wrong with my magnex,, its been on the car since i got it and just fancied a change,!!

Do you fancy selling the magnex so long as its under 95db

Wouldnt the muffler strangle the performance.

milltek are one of the quietest, nur specs are notorious for been loud other than that get a hks silent power( maybe hi power) and chop the 2.75 collar off and put a 3" color on and its good for flow and quiet too
