im 22 after my birthday, best quote so far is £1575, would be paying in a one-er so wont get too silly,

recommend any specialists as that quote was with admiral.

that evo not seem too cheap to you?

i mean 18k, standard(ish) and its my favorite colour.

depends if the mileage is genuine or its had a rebuild of some sorts and its only had 18,000 on the rebuilt engine

i cant be a hundred percent possitive geof will confirm i hope but im sure this car was on a site,mentioning no names geof an el an various others will know what i mean

this is one of the cars/companys to avoid!

welcome buddy
try adrian flux, pace ward, keith micheals (modified car insurancers) or this clubs own insurer sky insurance.
make sure the car you buy has a good thatcham1 alarm or you are willing to fit one as
most insurers won't touch you without one.
p.s the mileage almost seems to good to be true on that vi

Hi Jonezy and welcome to the Forum!!!

Quite a few people have been moaning that the cars up and around that part of the country being sold by Traders are not exactly as described though so do try and get the guy to give a walk round description and call the land line number as opposed to the mobile number.

Having said that, it looks nice enough so give them a ring and see what it is the lowest they will take for it.

Make sure you do a HPI check (a £20 one and not a cheapy text message or a £6 one) if you decide that this Evo is the one for you.

Keep us posted on how you get on with this one and do post up more links for any others that you are set on seeing.

What are you driving at the moment???

leon fr diesel and a saxo vts at the moment, used to do a few miles but have really cut right down now.

it does seem a bit too good to be true but the interior seems immaculate and the body looks dead clean.

definatly going for a look next week

Milage does seem really low but car does look nice enough tbh, it states on their web site
" We welcome any AA/RAC or any other independent inspection of any of our vehicles."
Also they offer 2 guarantee packages so it might be worth asking

I hope the listing is accurate as most of the Traders up there are notorious time wasters.

They say things like "any inspection welcome" just to draw you in

I honestly hope these guys are different and look forward to hearing what you have to say about them and the car too!

Worth doing an AA inspection for sure, If the Dealer seems good then a call can have the AA man out there and carry out the tests. Ya don't have to be there either!

If he gives the thumbs up, ya can pop over quick and have a deal done. If the car has probs afterwards or HPI was incorrect then the AA pay ya the cost of the car and have it away.

like every1 is stating get the AA check m8 if ur optomistic about the car. But dont rush in for the sale even if this is the car you want check check and double check m8 before parting with any dough....
