What Cams to get for my e4

hi all whats cams should i get for my e4 i have used piper cams in the past

Depends what power your after..

Mr cams are a good upgrade, other than that gsc stage 1 are a drop in option, althought think any cam up to 272 will run on the stock valve chain..

Standard cams are good for around 360bhp which is more than you should run on a standard engine anyway.
