what antifreeze

My heater matrix has gone on my evo 8, which i know is a bitch of a job to replace because you have to remove the dashboard.

I will be doing the job on saturday so what is the best antifreeze to put in an evo 8 as I will have to drain and refill the coolant. i would prefer to get the premixed stuff

Seems quite common for them to go on EVOs, which is disappointing as I have never had a heater matrix go in any other cars

Yeah does seem a common fault with them, hire pressure rad cap popped mine though..

What a shit job changing the heater matrix.
I had to remove the whole dashboard drop the steering wheel remove cross member and blower unit. Then there was Just about enough room to extract matrix with a little movement on air con pipes.
About a days work
