What along day

if you noticed i wasnt on ere yesterday i ended up picking a car up at brighton which was a 760 mile round trip set off at 5pm yesterday got down for 2am in the morning picked the customer car up on the transporter which he won on ebay then brought it back up to wigton cumbria which i arrived back at 12pm today i was wrecked

once i realised that when i got up for work at 7am yesterday i didnt fall asleep till 5pm to day just woke up an hour ago so thats 34hrs with no sleep tut tut

I got back real late last night and wondered where you were as you had not posted at all

Looks like you and me both were on long ones

I just got up around an hour or so ago too

Going back to bed in a minute, I think I have the flu

Have a couple of 'Benylin 4 flu' tabs and drink lots of water, wrap up warm and you should be right in the morning

i know all about the flu,,,, My second bout of it in just over 2 months,,, Should really get flu jab i guess

not worried about snots,, its the rest of syptoms along with it,,,, aching bones head feeling a ton weight coughs etc etc etc,, lol

The worst kind indeed

I hate benylin and all the other off the counter stuff as they have caffeine etc.

It's the coughs and other crap associated with it that ticks me off. I mostly end up with a runny nose and aching bones and feel like I have to eat for 5 people, that's just me though.

I love soluble Panadol extra at times like these!

warm lemonade up in a saucepan till it boils drink it as hot as u can hey presto know more flu my nan taught me an it bloody works i tell ya!
