Weekend insurance?

Hi all

The mrs isn't using her e7 much anymore and the insurance is up next month so was thinking about weekend only insurance.
Does anyone know of any good company`s that will cover the weekend use only policy?

i might be totally wrong here but...im sure you can only do weekend insurance if the car is already insured...ie...i have just got weekend insurance on my mums car as she already insures it but as my evo is uninsured, i wouldnt be able to just insure for weekend.
not 100% sure if correct though.

The car needs to be insured at ALL times, not just weekend. Just ring the insurance company and explain the situation how many miles are done and see if you can get it down to a limited mileage policy.

Or you can get insurance for a day or 2 days. You could maybe try and get a deal with one of them. I have used this before and works out cheap enough, not sure if they would be keen to insure the evo tho.......it was a ''ordinary'' car i had at the time.
