Just had service sonar at Wallace and they had a look at my engine light while I was there

So what did they say was the cause of the light coming on and is it off now???

It's a fault with the throttle body, they said it's a common fault with the 260,
Only way to rectify it is to get a throttle body off a 300 upwards
He said the light will keep going on and off but it is really common with the evo 8 260
So just going to keep an eye out for one second hand

If the tps and base idle are setup correctly the light will not come on

Yeah they did rectify the light issue but said it's a common fault so may come on again,

does sound like a proper adjustment/setup would sort it out.
