Just bought a Walbro 255 fuel pump off eBay and it is listed as a new genuine Walbro product now I've received it this morning and there is no markings whatsoever yet on the pictures there is the logo engraved on the pump.

Abit worried as I've paid full price and I've also heard that the fake Walbros can **** the car up. Any advice on this guys? The product is below

WALBRO 255 FUEL PUMP - GSS342 (HIGH PRESSURE) Subaru / Evos / Civic / N/A /TURBO | eBay

Thanks, Scott

Not got pics at the minute as its all packaged back up to send back. There's was absolutely no label anywhere and even the pump itself had no etchings or engravings of the W logo. I sent them a snotty message and they have apologised and send it must of been sent by mistake and are going to refund me my money?

In other words they have been caught out and don't want me to report them to eBay!

Stuff like this isn't wort skimping on just buy from recommended sellers like indigo gt etc £89.

Fake stuff is usually given away by big price drops and eBay lol.
