very annoying knocking noise when turning left

hello, in the process of detailing my evo 8 but been driving it around and I'm getting this very annoying knocking noise only when turning left. can someone shed some light on this because I'm quite new to the evo scene, just getting to grips with all the tech stuff. thanks guys and girls

Could be diff bolts but I'm pretty sure 6's were the last to have them, could be a twisted shock or track rod ends?

it could be a drive shaft cv on wheel side

I had this on my 8 and it was anti toll bar linkage. Only cost about 15 quid just a pain to change that's all

Won't be diff bolts as Evo 7/8/8 has active centre diff so I expect it will be a cv joint.

Any local mechanic should be able to fix it

Do you have coilovers or stock suspension as coilys are known to develop a knock.

I had this. Was shocker top mount.
I went cv joint. Arb's, links. And was still the same.

Changed top mount and all was good again.

thanks for the reply's appreciate it, its on standard suspension.. its not to bad of a problem then i gather just need to take it to mechanics to get it sorted then. going to take it to mg autos in derby soon to get a few things done to it, probably tell them to sort it. thanks again
