I even know what happened to them! The original MIVEC was sold to fund the build, the race engine was sold and the current 8 engine is a low mileage MR unit Would LOVE more power for a full pin in your seat feeling, but i don't want to trade the early spool

or fit an RS box to a 400ish hp lump and it will probably out accelerate a 600hp on a normal box

HKS engines are very good but they are way overrated. I could build you one for 12-13 grand and still be at the least as good as the hks one.

Doesn't a zero mileage IX engine go for about 4.5-5K alone.

Plus they are not asking for a donor engine like other tuners do. All in all, looks a good price really (when you look at everything included)
