I'm coming to a point where I need to look for four new tyres.

Looking for any recommendations on the tyre please as well as where to buy from, they're only used for road driving and is used every day.

I would also consider new wheels as well if a package price was worthwhile.

Thanks

Yokohama AD08. No brainer for me. Similar grip levels to track day tyres, but a little more hard wearing so you get more miles to a set.

I have Eagle F1's for the road just now and cant complain.
They're good all rounders, not the grippiest tyre Iv'e had in the dry but you can splash through big puddle's without fear and I thought they performed well in the snow as well considering.
If you wanted a bit more dry grip another one for you to consider would be Toyo R1-R.
I had a set of them on my DC2, never an Evo but on that felt they had the edge on the Eagle's in the dry and still performed well in the wet, never tried them in snow though :)

From personal experience, I use my 6 as a daily so it will obviously affect wear rate compared to someone who uses their car less often but I have used Toyo T1R. Great grip in the dry but due to how soft they are, they became worn quite quickly.
Avon ZV5 came after and slightly harder compound but not much difference in terms of wear. I felt safer with the Toyos lets just say.
At the moment I have Bridgestone Potenza RE050 and my thoughts about them are about the same as I thought about the Avons and the wear rate is about the same too.
I know this is meant to be recommendations so if you aren't using as a daily driver then the T1Rs for definite.

Have a look on Blackcircles and Camskill for tyre ideas. Thats where I buy my tyres, usually the cheapest prices.

At the moment I have Yoko AD08's. I think they are a decent tyre, bought them with a few track days in mind. Haven't ran them long enough to see how quick they wear.
