Turbo timer help.

There is a safety function on my blitz turbo timer there is a wire that you connect to the handbrake so if the handbrake is put down it the car will cut off.

Where do I find the wire on the handbrake and what colour is it?

I have a evo 6

There is only one wire to the handbrake which is for the light. You cut into that and that will work the cut off for the turbo timer

Is it in the cover on the rear of the handbrake? Is it easy to access?

Front of the hand brake, you just need to get the surround and other trim off to feed the wire down. One of those jobs you need to make sure you have found all the screws before trying to pull the trim off
