Turbo or DV chatter. Which dump valve to buy?

Hi. I picked up my new Evo 9 on Saturday. It's a compete animal, remapped to around 390bhp. It seems all good apart from a nackered front wheel bearing which the guy gave me a replacement for, and on some gear changes there's a loud flutter that seems to be coming from the DV. It could be coming from the turbo but it does sound more like the DV. Are these dv's known to fail and should I just buy a nice forge seeing as it's remapped anyway. Is there any Particular BOV anyone would recommend?

Also I have noticed the engine sounds a little more 'whirry' than my cupra r used to. Is that normal? It does it in neutral so I know it's not gearbox related

I ordered a forge recirc valve and have got my eye on a Perrin intake kit. Hopefully it will be sweet as a nut after that's all on
