could someone explain how to adjust, and what voltage it should be please..

Loosen the 2 small bolts that hold it in place an just gently turn clock/anticlockwise

Your looking for a reading of 0.72 ish

all done was reading 0.4ish now at 0.72, it will now idle cheers....
