Tools suggest to me,please

My company asked me to find one tool
which could be used to read ecu for mitsubishi
And I look for it for serval days.
What about the Mitsubishi MUT-3?
I find it on the web,it says it can fully diagnotic mitsubishi?
But it is not cheap.So any good tools you can suggest?

Any old laptop running Windows and a program called evoscan and you can buy the leads for about 50 quid you may need a few leads as they vary from model to model
